“I grew up on the Maine coast, became the first in my family to go to college. I paid my way through the University of Southern Maine, and earned a Master’s Degree at Husson University on nights and weekends. I married my high school sweetheart, raised 2 great kids, and have lived in the wonderful community that is Kennebunk for nearly 30 years. I earned an opportunity to help Amazon grow their Toys business in Seattle and got to see firsthand what happens to a community when they decriminalized hard drugs. 

While those states are moving to roll back those laws, the Maine Legislature seems intent on experimenting with several failed west coast policies. I’m running to bring some common sense to Augusta – to make our communities safer, our public schools stronger, and our cost of living more affordable. I’d be honored to earn your vote!” - Scott
